Wireless configuration dll has not been registerd

Question

Hi, i have dell inspiron 1545 on windows vista and when i turn it on, it will boot to a certain point and won't go any further. Then it will go to a black screen and after a few minutes a message will come up saying 'wireless configuration- notification dll has not been registered, program will not work correctly' after this nothing happens. It doesn't seem to boot in safe mode either. Any advise would be helpful Thanks

toddw1,   Did you try...   turning on the computer and tap F8 at startup, try last good known configuration     Rick

Thanks for the reply I have tried but it seems to do the same thing, boot so far then go to a black screen again and display the same message.
