I first recommend using these Recommended Wireless Router Settings, I use channel 11. Please make a SSID that was not used before to make connection easier.
WEP or NO SECURITY is the only solution, unless you can contact the place that controls your wireless router and configure it for WPA-PSK(TKIP) Security (Personal).

Can I use WPA2-PSK(AES) as currently it is set on "WPA-PSK[TKIP] + WPA2-PSK[AES]"? has an 8 letter passphrase for p/w
I cann't use your recommended WPA-PSK[TKIP] as it has been greyed out. Thanks

samraj,
The Dell 3300 Wireless Print adapter only supports No Security, WEP security and Wpa-PSK(TKIP) Security (personal)
It is also a wireless b/g adapter.

Rik, thanks for your replies. Is WEP the only option for me?

These Recommended Wireless Router Settings work best with the adapter.
