How to find display info for E1705

My laptop screen is now so full of vertical lines (Dell) that I have decided it's time to deal with this known issue. Replacement screens are easy enough to find but most places say to make sure of backlight type and resolution before ordering. I remember when I first looked into this problem I read it was on the back of the screen itself, but can't remember whether it was on Dell's site or not.

Is there an easier way to get this info without tearing onto the laptop itself?
