You must get the original Dell Order number from the seller. All the PPID does is show us the manufacturer date. It is not tied to the warranty purchased by the seller. We cannot proceed until you get the order number.

Since I do not get any response from the dealer I decided to open up the device for myself and fix the problem.
It was the "famous" F1-problem with the inverter-board. Fixed it on my own (shown here).
But thanks anyway, since I opened up the device and soldered something in I do not have any warranty anymore, but a working device...
