Go back to the top of the Monitor Forum. Open, "Check this FAQ before posting your question". Then, open, "In warranty, defective monitor, no service tag. How do I get it replaced?". The only difference is you would contact Order Support for your country.

I looked and I'll do a mail for the "Order Support".

I will update this thread with the answer they'll provide me.
