Status: 0xc000000f for Dell Studios Laptop
Hello,
Can someone help me fix my laptop? I have tried contacting Microsoft support for fixing my Dell Studios laptop but no seems to know what to do.
My laptop screen keeps popping up like this:

"Windows failed to start up. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2.choose your language settings and then click next.
3.click "repair your computer."
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.
Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible"

Also, does anyone know where to purchase or call in order to receive a windows installation disc? Thanks!

Hi Nailai,
Welcome to the Community. It looks like your some windows files are corrupt. If you do not have any important data on your computer, you can do a PC restore by following the below link.

If you are in the US you can use the below link to request for a OS disc. Otherwise you will need to call Dell Technical Support in your region.
