since 3 months m having broken bottom panel(actually it is a internal problem and dell executive who visited me showed  me broken piece of connector which joins lid with key board panel on the right hand side) hard disc error code(i dont know wat exactly it is i have been despatched hard disc but none bothered to replace the same, mic issue even after replacement of web cam mic console. It is like that i m calling dell since past 3 months about the problem still they cant diagnose wat the problem with bottom panel, they want me to send picture of broken part, but i told them on looking as such there appears no breakage but it is only after laptop is opened the broken part is seen. dell people have irritated me a lot , i m irritated explaining my problem. 11th time i called today i was told that i will get call from senior official  which never happend.  dell is a failure company , they dont even know how to handle simple hardware problem . all customer care executive are confused. they refer the call to senior person, but i never use to get call from him. and next time i call again i have to go thru all process again and again. i m quite irritated and feels like m in a vicious circle. "ANY LOCAL RADIO TV SHOP OFFERS BETTER SERVICE THEN DELL."

I would have to disagree with this because at least in the area where I live there are very few "Radio TV shops" that are still in business.  (Radio Shack lives in Name only with their parts inventory being slim to none) The other electronic parts stores are gone as well.  Component level technicians are few and far between because they do not pay them to know how to repair things only swap boards and parts.  Heath/Zenith and Lafayette Radio, RCA are gone.

People do not fix TV's or Radio's anymore they buy new ones.

Short list by no means comprehensive of Defunct (Radio/TV/Computer/Electronics shops)
