Refurbished Vostro 3750 processor i7-2630 has been change by dell to i3-2310

Question

Currently i facing a problem when i purchase a refurbished unit Vostro 3750. the quotation & invoice stated the processor as i7-2630 but when I received the notebook notice as i3-2310. I checked the notebook service tag in website also shown i7-2630. I did email to Dell Malaysia mention above problem but they reply is mistake due to logistics. If  no accept such mistake can return back to dell and dell Malaysia will full refund to me. I did request Dell replace back the processor to i7-2630 but they refuse due to refurbished unit. Did any one facing this problem before?  any solution advised? Thung Malaysia.

They won't change a CPU on any system - you will need to return the system for a refund and order a new one.
