If you are concerned that there is a defect with the notebook I suggest running diagnostics.  Start the system while holding down the FN key or by tapping F12 and then selecting diagnostics.  Allow the basic tests to complete. Once they are finished if given the option run the hard drive test as well.

Other than that what a game are you playing, and have you contacted the game vendor or checked out their support site for help?  What did they suggest that you try?

Yeah i did it, and well anything was identified by a trouble, but the problem persist and welll i call the the technical support of del and they say ,  that they will come to my home to change the motherboard, they think that could be the trouble, but also the laptop generates trubles in other kind of applications, especially when i use the high performace video card(AMD Radeon HD 6470), but well i hope the change of the motherboard will solution my troubles
