These forums are user to user, not an official way to contact Dell.
It was mentioned in another one of you many threads (one is enough) that you purchased from a non Dell supplier. Considering that, I do not know what, if anything, Dell may do to help you.
Then How come Dell is giving warranty on the products.Somewhere the company is involved......They know how things are getting sold..After all they have Audit teams.
And pls tell me where I can fill a complaint in DELL
Certificate of Authenticity (COA). This is a sticker or a label that is often attached to the body of a computer or to the retail packaging. When buying a PC with Windows preinstalled, the COA usually contains the 25-character product key that is required to activate Windows. You can typically find the COA sticker on the body of the computer or, for some newer laptops, inside the battery compartment.
Proof of license label. When buying Windows separately, you will find a COA and a separate proof of license label inside the package. This label is an orange-yellow sticker that contains the 25-character product key needed to activate Windows.
Edge-to-edge hologram. All genuine Windows products come on a holographic disc. This hologram is part of the disc itself and is not a sticker. If you see a disc where the hologram peels away, it’s not genuine.

See The respose below I got from Mircosft Technical Support, It shows the are allowing to install the Oem for home Consumtion, and Dell aslo giving the warranty on hardware.even dell knows everything
OEM versions of Windows 7 are identical to Full License Retail versions except for the following:
- OEM versions do not offer any free Microsoft direct support from Microsoft support personnel
- OEM licenses are tied to the very first computer you install and activate it on
- OEM versions allow all hardware upgrades except for an upgrade to a different model motherboard
- OEM versions cannot be used to directly upgrade from an older Windows operating system
OEM licenses are to be installed by professional system manufacturers only. Under Microsoft's OEM License Agreement, they are not to be sold to end-users under any circumstance, and are to be preinstalled on a computer using the OEM Preinstallation Kit (OPK) before shipment to the customer, and must include at the very least the manufacturer's support contact information. They are, therefore, designed for installation only on a single computer and are not transferable, even if the original computer is no longer in use. This is not usually an issue for users who purchase new computer systems, because most pre-assembled systems ship with a preinstalled operating system. There are few circumstances where Microsoft will allow the transfer of an OEM license from one non-functioning system to another, but the OEM System Builder License Agreement (SBLA), as well as the OEM End User License Agreement (EULA) do not contain any allowance for this, so it is entirely up to Microsoft's discretion, depending on the situation

DELL has two channels to sell, there are local impoters who buys from bulk from other countries and sell without custom and Vat duties, Especially the N Series. The big deal is Dell provides Warranty also on these systems.
The other is Online purchase.
The DELL computers are easily available through Impoters in Local markets and Dell is well aware of that.
Where should I put this complain to dell.I cant register my complain.
Microsoft WILL NOT SAY that a system builder that is installing WINDOWS ANY VERSION on machines and not attaching a legit COA and providing Recovery Media and Support to the User whether Business or Consumer is Legit.

Then How come they say that, the will give warranty on hardware on N series, that they sell through Importers. Not possible atall. How come service tags are acceptable on the dell website.??

1. They are Pirating the Windows (The COA Key is Required whether Generic OEM or Dell OEM)
2. The service Tag is Stolen/Copied from a Legit Dell but it does not match your model. AKA Its fraud.
Therefore Dell WILL NOT warranty these systems.
3. This supplier is NOT AUTHORIZED by Dell Nor Microsoft. Its completely fraudulent.
All OEM DVD's will install in Demo or Trial Mode for 30 days. Without the COA you will never be able to activate this copy.

I have installed OEM windows 7 and have access to system builders support.
The COA MUST BE INSTALLED.
1. They aren't doing that. DING! Fraud!
Violation of the "OEM System Builder License Agreement (SBLA)"
They are, therefore, designed for installation only on a single computer and are not transferable, even if the original computer is no longer in use.
2. If they install Windows 7 then THEY NOT DELL must support the OS etc and provide their contact info.
They aren't doing that. DING! Fraud!
Violation of the "OEM System Builder License Agreement (SBLA)"
3. The Service Tag does not match the actual Harware.
They aren't DELL Authorized. DING! Fraud!
Dell will not be supporting or providing warranty for systems with Stolen or Fraudulent Service Tags.
Dell will not be supporting or providing support for these non authorized systems.
