Many 3rd Party Batteries are not recognized by newer versions of the bios.
The SSD Drive is dying or near dead and or You may have bad ram.

Thanks for your response. The Vender has issued an RMA for the Battery. SSD Drive and RAM are fine. Reinstalled Windows XP, Alll Drivers and restored from Backup. The original battery was preventing the OS Reinstallation.
