Try taking the battery out of the computer and using just the adapter alone. If that works, replace the battery. If it doesn't work, it's probably a motherboard problem.

I tried charging it again just to see if the red light still flashed when plugging it in. Now its even stranger, when plugging in, the red light flashes 3 times then blue, and then followes this same pattern over and over again. Does this mean anything??
Well i've tried it with the battery removed, and no lights nothing. Plugged battery back in and again 3 red lights followed one blue flash over and over again.
