I have been reading the forum for a while now and after seing all the complains and the poor or should I say the none existing costumer support , on the forum or over the phone , I'm suprised that Dell is still in business , what a sad thing to see ,what happened to the great American way of doing business ,down the toilett I guess ,it's all about greed , nobody cares anymore . Well I sure hope that you gonna get it back in one piece ,but being down in Mexico… for repair… yeah sure ,don't hold your breath on this one.

Oh another info I also contacted for help Amy B Dell liason on this forum and havent receive any response yet.

Tmobile does not support the Streak 7. Once you buy it, you have to deal with Dell.
