how to use webcam and dell driver& downloads manager

Question

hello, i bought a dell inspirion 1545 at christmas.everything worked perfect, i could use webcam and sound equalizer.Two weeks after i got the laptop the software crashed and failed. i had to buy a reboot disk from dell.whilst doing this i lost everything from my laptop. after i had rebooted my computer i had to download the dell drivers and downloads but everytime i downloaded the driver manager a box would pop up saying you have no files to download or something  and evertime i try to down load some thing now this happens.   i have read that i should go to the left bottom corner, open all programs, open dell webcam central but it is not there and the icon in the right bottom corner is gone??   if this is any help Make-Dell Model-Inspiron 1545 running windows 7 64 bit   any help would be appreciated thanks

Another option is to perform a Factory Restore. This will put the system back to when you first received it. You will however lose any information you added to the system. Follow the information below to perform a Factory Restore.

Dell Factory Image Restore

The Dell™ Factory Image Restore tool replaces PC Restore. Access it from the boot menu. You would then choose "Repair Your Computer"
