Hi,

It might be the case that your are trying to use your Wi-Fi for the first time after installing the new Windows  because of that some of the network drivers were not installed correctly and causing such a mess. So request you to check this out once too.As i struggle with the same and it worked for me.

Thanks..!!

Try this--Don't press Fn Key--just the F2 alone. The function keys toggle between Multimedia and regular functions depending on whether or not you press the Fn key. You can change the default in Windows Mobility Center. Make sure your wireless is set up properly in Network Connections. Open the Network and Sharing Center to check settings and see if the wireless is enabled. Check your manual online for a wireless On/Off button.

Tried it.. F2 doesn't do anything with/without toggling between functions.

Network connections says wireless is disabled and there's no enabling option. The manual suggests the Fn+F2 thing..

So the problem persists!

Any other suggestions?

Fn+F2 doesn't turn the wireless on, it turns your bluetooth on :P, I'm still trying to find out how to turn wireless on because somehow, I managed to turn it off -_-'.
