I have had my Dell XPS 15z for a few days and today first the mouse froze then I shut the computer off, when I tried turning it back on it gave me a Operation System not found. What is the problem?
If you made a repair disk use it to boot the computer and select Repair My Computer. You have to select F12 as from boot put in the repair disk and select boot from CD/DVD If you did not make the repair disk you can achieve the same thing by using the Windows disk that came with the laptop.

Physical Damage to the Drive is likely permanent. If the drive is not detected you need to have it replaced.
