The OS Deployment Known Issues page has a link to the Microsoft KB article that address the issue of Touchpad drivers in Vista.

The Microsoft Update is required to deploy Vista correctly on many Dell systems. Have you included the update in your deployment process/image?

Hi, it's not the exact same problem, because the installation dowsn't continue and when it crash, the installation doesn't continue. If I reboot, the same error message appear. On the error message nothing point me on the bad driver. I have try driver one by one to find the faulty driver. I have the same problem on E6510, E6320, E6420 and E6520 on Windos Vista SP1 and Vista SP2 image.

Ensure that the following hotfix is installed. It is required to address your issue and is not included in Vista SP2.
