Dell2407WFP randomly glitches out on Composite & Component Signal
My setup:
Dell 2407WFP
Composite In is connected to my Shaw Digital TV setbox.
Component In is connected to various Gaming Consoles (PS3/Xbox 360/Wii) that I swap out.
Laptop is plugged into the USB-B port and the two USB-A ports on the left of the monitor and the two at the back are being used for extra USB ports for my laptop.
So for the past several years, I use to use this monitor as my main PC monitor, but I've since swapped it over to be my main TV/Gaming screen, but still opting to use it for the spare USB ports. For the first week or so, it worked absolutely fine with the Composite/Component main usage with zero DVI/VGA use. However, today, the screen has been glitching out pretty badly. The image on Composite (TV) and Component (Consoles) completely scramble, double up and become un-viewable. Vertical and horizantal lines completely distort the image making it impossible to use Composite or Component. It will stay glitched for a bit (depending, sometimes it's super short) and then return to normal.
I've unplugged all the wiring connected to the monitor, unplugged the power and reconnected everything one at a time and I still can't pigeon-hole the issue. Even restored all factory defaults via the monitor menus.
Any ideas?

* Switch the monitor and PC off
* Disconnect all cables going into and out of the monitor
* Disconnect the monitor power cord from the rear of the monitor
* Press and hold the monitor power button in for 8 seconds
* Reconnect the monitor power cord to the rear of the monitor
* Reconnect all other cabling your are using and retest

This unfortunately didn't work. As soon as it powered back on, the image was still scrambled.
From testing, I've noticed that if I move the wires around a bit, the image will come through clear and will stay like that for sometimes up to an hour. But it will then eventually revert to it's scrambled mess.
Also note, this monitor is no longer hooked up to my PC like it used to be. It is solely a TV/Console monitor now. These problems NEVER occurred before when the monitor was hooked up to my PC (I was using it for PC/TV/Console then). The problem only seemed to have started once I rearranged my desk and moved the monitor over to the left side and disconnected the PC from it. I'm thinking I'm going to try to move things back to how they were before to see if that helps.
Also, I've confirmed that it's not the Digital TV signal that is just scrambled as the scrambling still happens with the set box turned off and when I'm using a PS3/Xbox on Component.

Pin-pointed the problem.
The monitor's ADC (Analog/Digital Converter) is broken. I tried plugging in a VGA input to the monitor and it's the same problem. All Digital signals work just fine while all the Analog signals are dead.
Does Dell have a service that can repair that sort of thing? If not, do you know if local repair shops repair that sort of thing?
