Unsatisfied customer looking for a corporate contact.

Question

I have had nothing but problems with my laptop that I bought a few years ago. It has had multiple parts replaced multiple times and since my warranty expires in a few months I do not want to be stuck with a 3 year old broken computer when it breaks again, and I know it will. This product and the service I have received is in no way up to the Dell standards, and I am tired of wasting my time and cell minutes talking to foreign people who do not seem to understand what I am saying. I am also tired of being transfered to the 'right department' and then getting hung up on.  I will not make the mistake of buying a Dell product again but I would like a replacement computer to get me through college, which apparently isn't possible. I just would like a corporate number to call to let them know that after the three Dell computers my family has bought the last few years, I will gladly pay a higher price in order to never deal with this company again.
