I can scan a document/image, then save it.
Can you explain what you're trying to copy? Copy is when its put under the glass or run through an automatic document feeder.
Scan is when you try to scan a document or image to your computer to save it.

You get this message when trying to print a saved file, but the printer prints fine.
Try taking the paper out of the tray and see if anything is there. Maybe try a vacuum cleaner. maybe a little piece of paper or something is there.

Nope nothing. And I can't fig why it can scan and copy just fine but when it comes to printing a saved file it says there's a paper jam...It makes absolutely no sense.
If it's just that one file, wonder if is beacme corrupt of the incorrect paper size is selected.
