Dell Inspiron 15R Doesn't Start Sucessfully

Question

I have had a Dell Inspiron 15R for a year now and yesterday I turned it on and it asks if I want to launch startup repair or start windows normally. It says 'Windows has failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.' So if I click on launch startup repair it goes to a blue screen. But if I click start windows normally it freezes before I can enter in my password to get to my desktop. Before I started to tear it apart and start replacing things I thought I would ask. Thanks!

I suggest that you run Dell's diagnostics first.  Then post back any errors. How to run Dell's Diagnostics
