Inspiron One Webcam field of view

Question

Is there a way to reaim the webcam so that a normal field of view is lowered to include someone sitting in front of the computer?  When using the desktop stand the screen is slightly tilted so that the camera is also tilted up and results in the field of view working well for someone standing, but not for someone sitting.  The camera software will adjust slightly, but not enough to cover the sitting position.   Thanks, Kenn
