Welcome to the Community. If you have not made a password recovery disc, then the only option is to Restore the computer back to factory settings, or Manually reinstall windows. Below is the link for PC restore and reinstall windows.

ım on guest account now... but ıts lımıted... cant use ıt proper and ınstall a programme... thank u...
