what do you mean by Check blue tooth function of you computer.
I n my case the blue tooth is ON, it finds Byte 5710BT headset but when I go to the Bluetooth operations It doesn't allow me to click on Tasks, listen music or See also. and hence bluetooth device becomes completely unusable
hi have you got the solution . If so please update me as well.I am also facing same problem. My byte head set is connected but sound is coming frop laptop only.
The headset was recognized by the system and the device is added to the list but while installing the drivers, received the message that no drivers are found for this device.
Not sure how to sort this issue... Can someone help please?
Do I need to use a bluetooth Dongle? I thought the laptop already is bluetooth enabled.
try making ur headphone as default audio device in Sound section (control panel--> sound--> playback--> select headphone and make it as set default). for me it worked after making my bluetooth headphone as default.
also in same window go to properties-->device usage-->select 'use this device'.
now ur bluetooth headset should be working fine.:emotion-2:
Note:- this troubleshoot is only when ur blutooth headset connects to ur system correctly. And also works fine with other device like mobile, mp3 players etc.
Did you had the same screen as below before changing the default audio device? Can you confirm please? My device works fine with my iPod but not with the PC.
u can try to install compatible bluetooth drivers for ur wireless card. as my laptop is dell xps 14, for my wireless card i had installed broadcomm bluetooth software. then i tried resolving as mentioned in above email.
*check in web for compatible bluetooth software for ur PC model.
Note: there are no official drivers for corseca bluetooth headset. u just need to have preinstalled bluetooth software in ur PC.

hi
have u selected all services in ur bluetooth device properties?
right click on bluetooth device--> properties--> services. select all check boxes in servcies.
and also in sound(contol panel). u can test once u made ur headphone set default. if working fine u can hear sound in ur bluetooth then and there.

Hi Bhasker,
Thanks for your reply! I guess you are right....
Did you download your drivers from the Dell Support website? or Do I have to download it from a 3rd party websites? Any idea?
Can you confirm if Corseca's mic also works fine with your PC?
Regards
