my warrantie don't run

Question

hi a have buy an allienware wiht 3 years of warraty, but when i visit the web, the web say that my product not have it. after i writte to the dell seller and they say me that there are any problem, and send me a printscreen where i can seen that the service tag of my laptop have the warraty ok. finally a found that the dell suport wed say diferent things when i use one or other browser, and in  internet explorer all run perfectly one moth ago, but now no. again when i look for order suport, the web don't let me do nothing becouse it say that my product wiht 2 moth no have any warraty. and now i cant contact wiht any kind of support and this very expensive laptop dont let me use directx 11 wiht a nvidia gtx580... having problems wiht all the grafic programs like premiere, 3dmax, nvidia test aplications or videogames

yes i have pucharsed it from the dell shop by internet and wiht the assistence of his comercial suport

and now when i ask them about my problem they say in his compiter say that ia have the warraty, but wiht that i can't do nothing...
