I've check your system details and Audio card installed(which is IDT 92HD87B1). Though on our support website we do not have XP drivers for your system model you may try the Audio driver from link below(its for a different system model however may work on your system)

If you really want to use XP, you're pretty much on your own entirely - not only does Dell not support XP on this model,  but Microsoft discontinued all support for XP on April 9, 2014.
