We purchased 50+ of these printers and we've had this problem with at least 15 (so far).
Tech Support don't seem to have any idea what is causing the problem. They've just replaced the printers each time.
I recommend you get onto Dell and get them both replaced.

I replaced the entire printer and still had the same problem. I finally switched to a much heavier (and more expensive) paper and haven't had a jamb since. I won't ever buy this printer again.

I have 2 here doing the same thing. The printers are 2 months out of warrant.

We have another two 2350dn printers with the paper jam fault.
I can't for the life of me figure out what is causing them to jam. I've tried all sorts of paper and same problem.
Time to ring Dell again. :(
