Roxio and PowerDVD licencing entitlements
We have bought many generations of Latitude(D6xx/E6XXX) and Optiplex(7xx) systems from Dell that includes Roxio and PowerDvD pre-installed in various version. My question is are my company entitled to upgrade to the latest version available from Dell? As an example if my Latitude D620 shipped with PowerDVD 6 and the E6420 we purchase today have version 8, can i upgarde both to 8 when deploying software with MS SCCM or Dell Kace?

Hello,
Yes you can use SCCM or Kace to upgrade the software for Roxio & PowerDVD. The only issue is that you will need to get new Licenses so that you can use the latest versions. Without new licenses the software will not start & will ask for a new key before it will launch.
