I cannot log into my windows 7

I can't log into my windows 7 because it says "User Profile Failed" or something like that.

I had the same problem before and paid extra to get it fixed. Now its having the same problem. What should I do?

Please let me know.

Hi Ninito,

Welcome to the Community. I suggest you do a system restore by following the below steps.

Press the F8 key at the Dell logo on startup, select repair my computer and press enter, select your keyboard layout and language, sign on using your user name and password ( not admin ), this will bring you to the recovery options, click on system restore ( this will take some time to open up ) click on next to restore your computer to an earlier date. Select a date on the calender which is Bold and the system was working fine on that day, and click on next and follow the onscreen instructions, to complete the restoration. Let us know if this worked.

If this does not work, try running a diagnostics on your hard drive. Press the F12 key at the Dell logo, select diagnostics and run an extended diagnostics on your hard drive. Post back with any error codes.
