Dell webcam central?!

Question

I have a dell inspiron 1545 and my built in webcam wasnt working, so what i did was i deleted it completley off my computer. now i cant download it again, every time i try to download it, it says that i dont have the previous versioin of Dell  Webcam central on my laptop so i cant do it .... ANYONE KNOW WHAT I CAN DO? ive been without my webcam for month now? :(

Open the extracted folder and double click setup, select yes when the UAC comes up. Let the install run and finish.
