Okay I can not locate it since I have move and all my docs are in storage buried. Is there some way to get this info from Dell since it was purchased under my Dell account? Ploce need this info before anything can be done.
You are going to need to contact customer care at 1-800-624-9897 and provide ownership of the system before Dell will release any information. You may also want to file on your insurance or the home owners insurance where the system was stolen; if you choose.

The service tag is the serial number - it's on your order acknowledgement and your invoice.

Besides reporting it to the police, you should report it to Dell. If someone tries to get tech service on the notebook, they can report it to you.
