[Need Help] My product SR2320L!

Question

I bought a monitor (SR2320L) about 4-5 month but now it have a trouble It have a little shadow next to the word or the picture i does not drop it, or do anything damage it What i have to do to fix it?? I try to have support but i cannot, the web does not accept my service tag Please help me!

Try using dvi connection instead of hdmi
