Yes, I reinstalled a different version of windows but didn't reinstall the drivers in any particular order. I installed the Chipset driver you linked and it has fixed the problem, so much appreciated.
I have the same problem except in my case it's with windows 8. Just reformatted with the new OS but Bluetooth is not working well (cuts off at random) and I can't find the base device drivers.

The PCI BUS looks like the Chipset driver is not installed. Use the below link to reinstall the Chipset Driver.

Base System Device is the CHIPSET DRIVER.
