vostro 1510 touch pad problem

Question

I have a Vostro 1510. I used to have a feature on my touch pad that i drag my finger along the right side of the pad and it would scroll. I don'y have it any more??? I checked the settings but there seems to be no settings for it and i've checked the driver. Anyone have a fix?
