My operating systeme is seven 64 bit i have the latest nvidia driver installed i checked twice, the diagnostic shows no error, some say the bad pool header is power alimentation issue and you need to install an application that will manage your devices power alimentation, i dont think its safe so i skip it, anyway thanks again for you relpy :)
For the headphone issue, please be patient and I'm sure jimco will get to you as soon as he can. He's pretty good with solving the Audio issues, but sometimes gets many at once.
The Bad Pool Header issue may be from the nVidia drivers and may need updated.
First run the full diagnostics to make sure your hardware is working properly. How to Run the Dell™ Diagnostics Utility If everyhting is working and no error messages, then it will be a driver issue and we can go from there.
