Rre you able to see nVidia card under detailed system specs which is under system rating. Also, while calculating the system rating, ur Nvidia card is being used or the Intel graphics? I also installed the latest stable driver from nVidia site, but still cant see the card details under detailed specs, though the aero rating is increased. suggest?
well.. when i run the system rating my rating increase by 0.1 which i think calculated based on the intel graphic card.
and no, i cant see my nvidia card under detailed spec. i assume this is because i set my intel as default video card.

my conclusion is, because we are using the OPTIMUS, our laptop run on intel graphic card. that is the default. even after u set the nvidia as default video card, our laptop still running using the intel. but when u set the nvdia as default, and run any application, that application running using the nvidia..
how do i know?? because when i run my PES 2012 using the intel as the default video card, the program stuck. but when i set my nvdia as default, it run smoothly.
simply just change your default graphic card in the nvdia setting. check your tray icon.. i found mine in there.. if it isn't there, right click on your desktop and choose nvdia control panel..
If you see the Nvidia GT525M device manager, but it's not working for gaming, then you have the incorrect driver. In order to be able to game properly, you MUST install the 285.27 driver, and you also MUST download it from the Dell website for N5110. If you don't see your Nvidia card in Device Manager, you need to call dell support and change the Motherboard, if you still have warranty, then it will be under warranty. Hope I helped.
I do see nvidia GT525m, and I installed 285.62 driver cuz thats wat got downloaded when I chose nvidia gefore 525m 1gb.
and I do nvidia in the device manager. I get the control panel but the pes2012 game doesnt detect nvidia driver. It automatically selests intel even when I change setting in the nvidia control panel.
It works it works!! I just downloaded all the drivers in the correct order.. I guess that was the problem so now it works just fine.. and the game detects it! Thanks Guys!!

i just call the dell customer care and told him about my problem and this is his answer:
"try to uninstall every video card driver one by one and install it back using the driver download from the dell support website.."

hmm ... well and fine then ... my roomie is in nVidia ... he was telling that Optimus ll switch only when needed, if default is Intel.
But yes, after installing the new driver, my Graphics : Intel(R) HD Graphics Family rating changed from 4.8 to 5.2 which is better.

I'm coming across the same problem.. but my pes2012 isnt detecting nvidia 525m driver.. although I have installed it.
how do I change my default graphic card from intel to nvidia? so that my pes2012 doesnt get stuck..

Also! when I download the driver from the dell website it says nvidia 268.30 version
and downloading it directly fron nvidia gets me 285.62 version.
which one is right?!
