Need help regarding creating Dell Data-safe local back up recovery DVD.

Question

Hi, I created dell data safe local backup 3 DVDs after installing some software and making  3 partition on my laptop 4-5 month before. Yesterday i formatted my laptop with these three DVDs but i didn't get all software and partition that i installed/made 4-5 month before. How can i get all these things. Can't we get all these with 3 DVDs.

I can get all things from the link given by you that's fine.

My question was that can't i get all installed software and partition i made before creating 3 recovery DVDs if i restore my laptop with these 3 DVDs.

you just have to bust out your credit card,and give dell some money. a guy from india will help you then
