If the computer is working fine, try changing the Sound Scheme or muting all the sounds to see if that stops the beeps. There are some annoying and unnecessary sounds in the default sound scheme.

The computer is not working fine I am worried something is fishy and may yields critical problems.
I am very much thankfull four reply regarding my query. Please let me have the link to directly contact the concerned DELL representative so he may help me out in resolving the issue. My system is under waranty so i am expecting a replacement.
