I see that you have issues with the Internet Explorer. Please be assured that I am here to assist you and to ensure that the problem is taken care to the best of our Knowledge.
1 For an internet related issue, it seems there are lots of cookies and junk files creating the trouble, so we would have to reset the internet explorer to factory settings.
To reset the I.E, please follow the steps below:
1. Exit all programs, including Internet Explorer (if it is running).
2. If you use Windows XP, click Start, and then click Run. Type the following command in the Open box, and then press ENTER:
inetcpl.cpl
If you use Windows 7, click Start
. Type the following command in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER:
inetcpl.cpl
The Internet Options dialog box appears.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Reset Internet Explorer settings, click Reset. Then click Reset again.
Click to select the Delete personal settings check box if you would also like to remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, Tracking Protection, and ActiveX Filtering data.
5. When Internet Explorer finishes resetting the settings, click Close in the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box.
6. Start Internet Explorer again.
(2) For the second issue, please reinstall webcam and accuweather software.

Pop up error saying that accweather.exe executed incorrectly and webcam.exe excuted incorrectly .......this is happening only in Admin user account. After following that error message , I could not see webcam icon in status bar and weather dispay in screen also not appeared.
But these error are not appearing when I logged in as Non-Admin user account ..
It means accuwether.exe and webcam.exe are executed properly in Non-Admin user account ......still i could see icons at status bar .
So problem with Admin account only ....still you say software need to be re-installled as its executing properly in non-admin user account..
I feel like there are few settings or config issue with Admin user account ...? could u please review my first mail and my reply regarding the second issue and advise me accordingly/..
Regarding the second issue please try the following steps:-
First of all, Please back up all your Data
1. Please create a new Admin User Account.
2. After creating the new Admin User Account Please delete the previous Admin Account and check if still there is a problem.
Here are the steps which will guide you with the steps to delete the User Account and to create a new User account.
Steps to Create a new account
To open User Accounts, click the Start button , click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
1. Click Manage another account. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. Click Create a new account.
3. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account.
Copy files from old to the new user profile
1. Log on as a user other than the user whose profile you are copying files to or from.
2. In Windows Explorer, click Tools, click Folder Options, click the View tab, click Show hidden files and folders, click to clear the Hide protected operating system files check box, and then click OK.
3. Locate the C:\Documents and Settings\Old_Username folder, where C is the drive on which Windows is installed, and Old_Username is the name of the profile you want to copy user data from.
4. Press and hold down the CTRL key while you click each file and subfolder in this folder, except the following files:
o Ntuser.dat
o Ntuser.dat.log
o Ntuser.ini
5. On the Edit menu, click Copy.
6. Locate the C:\Documents and Settings\New_Username folder, where C is the drive on which Windows XP is installed, and New_Username is the name of the user profile that you created in the "Create a New User Profile" section.
7. On the Edit menu, click Paste.
8. Log off the computer, and then log on as the new user.
Note You must import your e-mail messages and addresses to the new user profile before you delete the old profile.
Steps to Delete a new account
To Delete User Accounts, click the Start button , click Control Panel, click User Accounts and Family Safety, and then click User Accounts.
1. Click Manage another account. If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
2. Click Delete an account.
3. Select - Do not delete old files and folders
4. Confirm Deletion,
After these steps try installing the applications again and it should work fine.

THough we created a new account , still issues are there .
Please kindfly advise me , is there an option ...and also I am getting JAVA virtual machine does not exist error as well..
and when I tried to install Java version 6.0 ...I am getting ERROR 1732 as if there is a DLL file missing in windows installer it seems , so it stops installing Java installation ...,
Please advise me ..
how do i recover to the state where no issues were there ...?
