64 bit windows comptibilty issues

Respected Sir, I purchased Dell Inspiron 15 R(5520) Laptop on which Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bits is pre installed with OEM License.But some softwares are not compatible with 64 bits windows.So I requested you kindly downgrade my Windows 7 Home Basic 64 bits to 32 bits with use of same product key.I also contact Microsoft regarding this issue but they told me to contact Dell OEM Support.Thanking You

Welcome to the community.

In this case you can order windows 7 32 bit disc using the following link and then reinstall windows-

support.dell.com/.../backupcd_form

The disc shipped from Dell will accept the OEM key.
