I am sorry that you are having many issues with your computer.

Hi, I did the test and installed the bios (I re-installed it) and the problems persist. I got my new touchpad but to my surprise the touchpad is still erratic at times and my keystrokes still have trouble registering on every other key press. Unless there's another solution I'd have to replace the motherboard.

If the system passes all the tests, then visit the following link to download and install the BIOS:
http://dell.to/NkXW0k
Note: Follow the steps provided in “Installation Instructions” section to install the BIOS.
Installing the BIOS may fix the issues with Touchpad, Keyboard, Media Keys and Fan. Reply to this message if you need further assistance.
