Hi bnlaw,

Welcome to the community.

Well, in this case I would suggest you to install the chipset drivers using the following links-

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

Once done, you can install the graphics driver using the following link-

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

The above link is for integrated graphics.

www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

The above link is for a discrete graphics card.

Let me know of the findings, Glad to be of assistance.

bnlaw,

Did you install the notebook system utility and the chipset drivers first? If not, the rest of the drivers will fail to install. How to Download and Install Drivers in the Correct Order

Start with the notebook system utility and the chipset drivers and follow the list.

bnlaw,

Download and install the following driver in the exact order.

Dell System Software

Intel HM67 Express Chipset Family

Intel Management Engine Interface

Wistron USB3.0-Host Controller

Realtek RTS5138 Card Reader

Then

Realtek RTL8105E-VB 10/100 Ethernet Controller

Go to Dell Warranty Status enter your service tag number. Look and see which wireless adapter you have. Go to Drivers & Downloads enter your service tag number and download the drivers for your adapter under network.

The download and install Dell QuickSet.

You should be able to get online and get any other drivers you need.
