Seen a Rad 9600 TV Tuner addon is there one for Dell?

Question

Saw a laptop from another make that has the same 9600 (M10) on board except that it has an internal TV Tuner option. Does anyone know if someone does the same option for Dell's? I'm assuming Dell don't do one or they'd be shouting about it as part of the Dell Experience initiative... ~Steph 8600 | 1.7 | 9600 | 512 | 80
