Posts are moderated or deleted when they violate the terms of use of the forums - simple as that. This is not a public forum - it is guided by a set of rules you agreed to when you signed up for an account.
So simply explain what TOS is broke because none were broken. Then explain why now the posting are being let stand... IF there WAS a TOS broken in the first place... riddle me that.
Some of the moderation is done automatically, but you should get a warning email as to what caused the issue. Get too many of them and you'll find yourself banned.
You realize, moderator, you deleted my typo correcting version of the last post? saying it was in violation of the TOS but you left the one with the typos in it, when other than spelling they are the same??? What's that all about?
Is the answer? to ignore abuse of forum moderation(by a moderator) in hopes the customer goes away? Or just to ignore the customer all together in some cases? The list of problems that has nothing to do with the computer, for once, grows longer...

I do not work for Dell, nor enforce the rules. If you want to ask, send a message directly to a moderator.

Honestly in these days of social media it is a slippery slopes when you start taking advantage or an issue instead of transparently dealing with it.

Thanks, I already a while back and have so far been ignored and sequestered no non-public platforms... hiding the truth is a mistake these days..

... you seem versed in the on goings here.. please explain what TOS was broken in the original posting?...
If you can't or won't explain then the below applies...
It would seem logical of why I haven't got warnings? because I did not break TOS...
