How do you know the power supply is ok? Are you seeing anything on the screen? Hearing fans?

What color is the power button/led? If this isn't powering up at all, you are probably looking at the powersupply, the powersource (cable, UPS, PDU, extension cord, etc) or something very major with the motherboard.

The power lead on the mother board is green.

What about the powerbutton?
It can be:
- off
- solid amber
- blinking amber
- solid green
- blinking green
