I wanted to thank again those of you that have messaged me your service tags. If you have not already done so please do shoot me a private message.
If you haven't already tried, I would like for you to try msconfig and kill the startup applications and then crank up some games and see if you can get the system to blue screen.
Click start, search, and type msconfig and press enter. Once in msconfig click the services tab and then check Hide all Microsoft Services and then click disable all. Click the startup tab and click disable all and click ok and allow the system to restart.
Once back into windows load up your most demanding games or benchmarks. Please have the AC adapter attached and make sure that the system is set to high performance. Let me know if the games will run and if you continue to get the BSODs. After testing please return to msconfig and select normal startup.
I would also like to know if any of you have contacted tech support and have had a service completed and if so did it help.
BTW, I haven't had a chance to test it yet, but since BSOD is mentioned in the release notes (albeit related to the critically important Batman game), it's worth a try.
windows experience index is now passing for me,but i get only 5.5 score for windows aero. Is that normal? I have intel i7 3612qm, 8gb ram, ati 7730m 2gb

They've fixed up the download now.
