How to extract Dell local file restore Emergency backup DEB

Question

I have been looking online people have been saying the same thing about dell and this emergency folder issue and the installation for the data safe local back up. First i used the data local back up in order to restore my computer back to where it was when i first bought and i used the back up software in order to save my files, so when my computer came back to where it should be, the folder was in my C: drive and it was labeled emergency i opened it up, and it was a BSD file and i could not unzip it or nothing. I opened up the Data safe Local Backup software and the part when it gives u to restore your files was grayed out and then i upgraded the software and got the same issue, i tried to uninstall the software so that i can update it to 2.0, but once i tried to install the new software it says. Dell data safe local backup could not be installed because there is not a windows recovery on my system?????????????? I have a folder with files that i need access to and i can access, the program i need in order to get the files extracted and decrypt is unable to be installed what is going on Dell, can someone help out with this issue.

Where were the backups stored?  If they were on the C: drive, they were deleted when the factory restore was done.

No the local back up back up your files n encrypt it and once the computer is restored your backed up files are on the c drive under emergency n there encrypted under DEB extention
