Probably needs to be fixed in a firmware update but the newest version is from 4-20-2011 which is probably the one that was pre-installed. You might try support if you are still under warranty. They won't help with a software issue but this might be a hardware defect. I have not heard of this problem before.
To edit a post click on the icon to the right of the words "Report Abuse" at the bottom of the post. It is supposed to be a green pencil.

I don't see how to edit my post. Wanted to mention that my driver is up to date and there are no other applications running or interfering.
