Welcome to the Community. If you do not have the disc, you can download it from the support site. If you are referring to the Driver then below is the link.
Vista : www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats
XP : www.dell.com/.../DriverFileFormats

Make and model of your computer and operating system. 32-bit or 64-bit?
What virus program and firewall are you using?

I think I have properly downloaded the driver, saved to hard drive. I am now instructed to "Browse to the location where you downloaded the file and double click the new file to unzip the download package." I don't know how to do this.

Dell's drivers can be found at...
C:\dell\drivers
If you tell me the make and model of the computer and operating system, maybe I can help. 32-bit or 64-bit?
