Inspiron 15R SRS Premium Sound, Dell Dock, and Webcam Central Problems

Question

My laptop had a major virus problem and it corrupted my hard drive, so when I Factory reset and Restored it with a new hard drive installed, The IDT equilizer for my SRS Premium Sound, My Dell Dock, and Webcam Central are all gone. How do I get those back? I don't really have money to pay for anything
